· Group mentoring through end of year Leadership Team Planning Day with a focus on planning leadership events and priorities for the upcoming year.

· Senior Leadership mentoring of Junior Leadership Team Members to build confidence and social awareness.

· Attending school or community leadership events such as ANZAC Day Dawn Service

· Running fundraising events and collecting donations for the local community
